Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This notice explains how Banetry LLC ("Banetry," "we," "us") handles information collected through our website at banetry.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Information handled inside our mobile apps is covered by each app's own Privacy Policy.
1. What we collect
- Server and request data. When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, requested URL, and the date and time of the request. This is standard web-server activity and is used for delivering the Site and for security.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and your choices. We set only what is strictly necessary unless you consent to more.
- Information you send us. If you email help@banetry.com from a link on the Site, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include.
We do not ask for accounts, passwords, or payments on the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver, secure, and maintain the Site.
- To understand aggregate traffic levels so we can improve pages.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To comply with law and to detect, prevent, and investigate abuse.
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to your message), consent (any non-essential cookies), and legal obligation where applicable.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve the Site on our behalf.
- Email providers used to receive and answer your messages.
- Authorities or advisors, where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Retention
Server logs are kept for a short operational period (generally no longer than 12 months) and then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" — we do neither.
To exercise any right, email help@banetry.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Changes
We may update this notice. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
